Insomnia Sufferers in here!

I don't (luckily) suffer from insomnia, however, I always watch some YouTube on my tablet when I go to bed, and find it sends me to sleep within half an hour, usually.

Used to suffer badly with sleepless nights. Tried the doctors who would only prescribe 2 weeks worth of zopiclone at a time :/

Was told to try prescription cannabis oil. Which works so well, I won’t be going back to zopiclone/other sleepers.

YouTube has hundreds (if not thousands) of rain sounds. You don't need an app!

Rainy Mood was one of the few I've found anything like good, though you need the app to tweak it.

Already have, prostate is fine. And talking to friends of my age and slightly older it seems pretty normal to pee 2-3 times a night.

Get your blood sugars checked too. Could be prediabetes. Can get a fingerprick test off Amazon for next to nothing. I've reversed my Type 2 but multiple peeing during the night was the red flag

Doctor did that as well. All bloods were perfect other than a vitamin D deficiency but it was January and so I started taking a high dose tablet.

I might need to get a tv back in the bedroom. Shroud is amazing at getting me to sleep. Guy has a personality of a rock. 15/20 mins of him streaming anything sends me to sleep
