Intel Battlemage Live & Available to order from OcUK

£300 for a B580 is bonkers - may as well have spent £10 more and got a RX6750XT - which would be faster at everything :)

I agree, but we love testing new cards. All of them are overpriced especially rtx4090.

Not too worried how long it takes but would be nice to have an ETA, don't wanna cancel my pre-order due to the price increase! Ordered my ASrock Challenger on the 16th

Sorry if this has already been asked and I missed it, but any ideas if there are plans to sell LE cards to those of us who didn't manage to pre-order one? Thinking of picking one up to replace my GTX 1080.

Clues in the name LE = Limited Edition.
no one actually knows how many LE were produced, how many are allocated to the UK, and how many were procured by OcUK.

Just came, installed smoothly on my Intel PC, with driver updates

Will try out Marvel Rivals/FC25 see how it handles those two games at 1440p on a 240hz VA monitor

then I'll see how quickly it upscales images for me with Topaz Photo AI

Runs FC25 at 200fps low settings uncapped, just went with 120hz fixed to remove any chance of stutters, and Marval Rivals ran fine also low settings - to hit 240fps have to use xess performance (and there's too much noise) but balance hits 140-180 and picture has no shimmering.

Topaz Photo AI decent performance unless I want to apply super focus which demands a lot of the gpu then I have to wait two or three minutes for it to render a portion of the image.

As I don't need to use that all the time, performance is acceptable otherwise.

May play around with higher settings but if you're ok playing games on low/medium settings looks like you'll be happy on a few titles. It also hasn't gotten loud for me with fans spinning either, so that's another bonus using

I saw a video recommending this basic overclock so have done the same :) vram tuning caused them artifacts even with minor tweaks so I haven't touched that either. Been running fine, can push it further with voltages and offset if you want to be more ambitious :P but I just copied someone else's working settings.

B580 any good ? Reviews show it to be decent but anyone here with first hand experience?
Mostly interested in how it performs in work stuff like blender and autocad etc

Does anyone know if they are shipping stuff out today or are they off till the new year's?

I can't wait to get hold of my B580 Steel Legend version. Hoping it shows up before my holidays are over so I get some time to play with it.

DPD should be delivering today, so will depend whether it was already despatched before today.
As far as I can see (from what limited information is available on the website) - OcUK should be open today, but obviously may be at reduced staffing levels etc due to the Festive period.
