Yes, but by sheer volume, that bottom "Extreme" box is big enough to contain two normal motherboards - or more likely lots of air! Those prices!
I guess White women are banned now. Why does my post get removed, but not other peoples posts? I'm not being argumentative i promise. Anyway i'm done with it.
They have to be priced competitively, as they're inferior to Ryzen 9000X3D.Intel are dropping the ball by not having the more affordable B-series boards ready to go at launch since the actual CPUs are priced very competitively compared to Zen 5.
I don’t think it’s propaganda but rather it’s a smaller issue than the media played it out to be.

What a fail.

Just would have expected the top Asus motherboards to of had it as standardI assume the BTF boards will follow but from what I have seen they may have a smaller set of SKU's.
The problem is not all cases support BTF at the moment, so that would be my guess as to why it's not as standardJust would have expected the top Asus motherboards to of had it as standard
Personally I see no point at all for wasting power. Especially as Intel's cobbled big / little is so inbalanced.
265K is like a 14700K, from what I can see (8 P & 12 E), so I should think it'll be enough, especially if he power draw is down a fair chunk on these new models.Tempted by the Intel 265K for music production/gaming rig.
I wonder if a 240mm aio will cool it?
3D chips are only for gamers, what about everyone else who uses a PC and doesn't want to pay a premium for Vcache? They have to be priced competitively, as they're inferior to Ryzen 9000X3D.
I think most any top cost motherboard is crazy money these days - certainly AM5 ones are too. Only redeeming thing being that those should be Zen 4 and Zen 5 and probably Zen 6 too -although buying expensive x870 now halfway through AM5's likely lifespan seems questionable.Z890 boards are crazy money, considering it's rumoured to be only a one generation socket/platform.
