INTEL RAPTOR LAKE NOW AVAILABLE TO PRE-ORDER !

Ohwow these ended up a lot cheaper than AMD release today, Very tempted to upgrade my 12600k given that massive cache increase, should give gaming a big jump.
 
God damn it, I wanted to go AMD for this round but I ended up pre-ordering a 13900k lol. I hope the benchmarks/reviews are good and show some increase in what I will use it for.

OcUK is generally cheaper than some competitors too, some great competition in the CPU scene. :)

No its not.

$589 / 1.07 = £550 exc VAT, with VAT that is £660 Inc. VAT, as prices leaked are excluding shipping and handling to the UK, plus margin it is not high at all. Some competitors are close to £800, OcUK is cheap and is been as fair as possibly can with prices on the latest CPUs. :)

The CPUs we can ship from 20th October.
@ScottiB is PM for motherboards. I suspect they will be added over coming days and weeks. :)
Get the CPU pre-orders in as I've no idea how supply is looking so far on 13th gen, AMD 7000 series supply is no issue, so hopefully Intel shall have plenty too.
 
Raptor Lake will have the first SKU to run at up to 6GHz stock clock speed. Intel also claims the chip will reach world-record-breaking 8GHz, supposedly with the use of liquid nitrogen. Also, it would need to run as high as 8.7GHz for it to be the actual world record. This would likely be a Core i9-13900KS.
but it didn't reveal that chip today
