Nah mate football is becoming a non contact sport, the fact that we've seen those tackles result in countless injuries is to be ignored and seen as unlucky. Part of the game pal. Sport for girls nowadays. Back in my day. He should get up he's not hurt.
 
I think Carroll has been alright so far, despite fluffing the pass that would have made it 2-0. Gerrard should probably have been sent off. Went in off the ground with studs up. When will people learn?

Certain people are slower to learn than others.

That's the only thing he's needed to do right all game, and he got it wrong..... but that is doing alright?

EDIT:- again just there, the flick on went to Young, young had to turn and run at goal, Carroll stood still..... The first thing he should have done is the second the ball went towards Young he should have been sprinting at goal. He's done that so much already, a passenger watching the game play out ahead of him, with little to no effort to get involved.

Agree with all that, game seems all too flat for me, dunno if players not wanting to play at 100% in case of injuries etc
 
Barry has had a great season in cm, much better for the role than Gerrard, Gerrard should be further up the field so his misplaced passes (or 'creative' passes) aren't as dangerous. Gerrard would also get better pass completion if he was trying to make 10 yard through balls rather than 30 - 40 yard ones
