MAN UP!

What's with women adding me as a favorite on PoF then not emailing?

I've emailed one after she added me because I thought she had potnetial. Two emails later and no more communication, even though the last one from here was long and detailed.

Women seem to get wound up when a man adds them without emailing them first (I've not done this) but women can get away with it? One of them even says "Please don't add me to you favorites or I'll block you" yet she's now added me!

Sounds like the second one you mentioned enjoys the attention, and with regards to the first woman, 2 emails isnt a lot, and she could have done the decent thing and let you know shes decided not to take things any further, but (and please dont take this the wrong way) at the same time, if they were quite detailed, then maybe she knows it wont go anywhere and doesnt want to waste anymore of either of yours time.

Dating sites can kind of become hard work, and so after a while you dont want to put your energy into something you know isnt going anywhere so just concentrate on the ones that might.

I agree about the second one.

The first one added me then I emailed her around a week later. She seemed very happy that I'd emailed her and things were going well. A great deal of info was shared with her last email stating that she would like le meet up. I left it for a week then sent her a polite email asking if she was OK and that there were no hard feeling should she have changed her mind. She read and deleted the email with no reply.

I'm not bothered as such, just annoyed that she hasn't got the decency to say she's changed her mind.

Yeah I can understand that, you sadly have to become kind of hardened to the rejects, and tell yourself that they werent really worth your time in the first place if they can so casually cast you aside. Onwards and upwards hey? :)

Oh yeah, I'm not letting it bother me and I've already for 2 dates lined up this week. I just don't get why you'd add someone, get on well then go quiet without saying why. She's always online so it's not like she's away etc.

The two I have this week are far better looking too lol.

TBH I think this is where you are going wrong, she probably thought you only contacted her because you knew she liked your profile, but seeing as you took so long to reply both times she has either decided to play the same game or decided not to contact you.

If that's the case why did she add me in the first place. She didn't email me but showed interest by adding me?

Wired crossed on the emails mate. Her last email was about meeting up. I had replied to that saying I'd like to meet to, then left it a week before sending the polite email.
