Internet Dating.....Who Has Done it?!

Even though on the outside I'm always saying I give up deep down I still hope that there is one guy out there who does have a pair and isn't a coward. But hey, maybe that's why all of us girls are nuts, because we still think there are decent men out there
Ha, I have a pair and I'm not a coward, I know what I want etc, but tend to get the "you're really lovely but..." knock back from girls, which I believe means I'm not attractive. Oh well.
To be fair that was when I was 5 and a half stone heavier than I am now, so perhaps I should put myself back on the dating market.
Perhaps it's just men/women outside this thread are just weird..
I'm getting a bit panic stricken now, she asked me if I can take her somewhere tommorow yet Chester litterally has jack all to do at night, I don't have a lot of money at the minute.. I can probably afford a meal or something but I hate those awkward type of dating.
Think it'll just be a drink and a walk.

I'm always fine with chubby girls if they're active and not a couch potato as I've been with some really unfit girls in the past who can't run for longer than 30 seconds and they looked quite athletic.
Best thing to do is if you really like her see her again, if it's still too much then leave it.
She made an effort, that's for sure, had a nice dress on, had a nice face and a soft voice, not too timid, not too loud, was well spoken and had some good interests and goals in life. The chat went well all in all. We both got on and had a lot of common ground we could cover easily (she's into scuba as much as me)
No idea on size, 18 at a guess.

Good Idea mate, I was going to ask the girl I'm seeing at the minute to go on a bike ride around delamere but I has no bike errr.. :<
I hate having no job.. hopefully some christmas temp work will come up.
i dont quite get how you can get to the stage of dating someone and its massive suprise if they turn out to be "big" though, unless they have a 1 photo profile and are pulling off some strange myspace pose, i tend to skip 1 photo profiles as eveyone can have a good day,
As far as it being shallow, physical attraction is kind of shallow in most of its forms when you start to think about it, but most of us kinda have some idea of what we like in terms of looks, shape, height, dress sence or lack of it, etc etc.
If we were all blind this dating lark would be a lot easier, well apart from the meeting up bit
2 dates lined up for next week on my 2 free days, very different personalities but both nice in their own ways so we shall see

Think I'm slowly giving up on the world of internet dating. I got invited to see a girl on Saturday, which is about a 70+ mile round trip, but I declined. I just don't see the point. I find myself getting to the point where I can secure a date, I am then done I ain't interested in it going any further!

My woman bashing was me jumping on the latest woman hate bandwagon - that occurs reguarly in this thread. I was being sarcastic.
I think it's quite borderline, it's a fair distance to travel.

Anyway, internet dating doesn't have to be the be all and end all of dating, it should be an ADDITIONAL way of meeting people. Some of them have screws loose admitedly, but isn't half the fun, finding that out?
