Internet Dating.....Who Has Done it?!

What a load of rubbish.

1) Anyone doing 'cam sex' is an idiot!

2) If you did do it and got recorded it couldn't be posted on YouTube as it's explicit content.

3) Anyone paying blackmail money is an idiot.

As the program shows people do it all the time and someone even killed him self over being blackmail. This is serious. Just watch those easter European women. They are very good at getting money out of rich men!

I just lol'd loudly at 430am (can't sleep), hope my neighbour didn't hear me. Very cruel yet completely hilarious. :D

Don't try and emulate him though, it inevitably won't be as funny. ;)

I did one though :)

Just sent it, think she comes off pretty good in the drawing, but I was aiming for funny.....Will let you know if I get a reply!

do people have any success just going straight intop chatting with someone who is online that you've never spoke with before? if so i assume a simple "hey how's it going i like your profile" etc will be ok even though that's what a lot mention not to message with?

i have been tempted to chat online to some but feel it's a bit rude and might scare people off so haven't yet

Here's another one

Previous girl viewed my profile but didn't reply :p

That's because your first one wasn't a very good troll attempt so she probably thought you were being serious and then looked at your picture, you got pwnt. :p

2nd one is better troll attempt, but we aren't in this thread to be trolls here... we are actually (trend has changed now that orangepeel and few others have stopped posting) whining about not getting anywhere with this malarky.

I fully agree with this.... as funny as those photos were in the Pistonheads forum, lets not turn this into a thread like that. Not only do we (as you all know) have some lovely ladies inhabiting this thread and giving their female wisdom who it is very disrespectful to, but it is now turning into a whingefest from some bitter guys who can't get any interest posting about "omg how shallow all girls are". Other guys aren't having problems getting dates, so don't blame the sites as the source of all your woes.

Lets get it back on track.

In my experience you won't have much success that way as you are putting women on the spot when they possibly (or probably) can't be arsed to chat to someone they haven't vetted by looking at the profile first.

well I'm back on the market, some very unlucky ladies to be irritated very soon...

I'm starting to think a relationship isn't worth the hassle,:(

First one I was going for a Napoleon Dynamite drawing 'i spent 3 hours doing the shading on your upper lip' so if she did think it was real, job done :D

Haven't bothered to send the second one yeah it got boring, plus I suck at drawing bad paint jobs. Also it's not gender specific so dunno why females would be annoyed, I just don't wana be drawing fellas. I think they'd be the biggest targets for trolls though so some women could get some excellent results doing this.

Women generally aren't as peurile as men, hence they wouldn't really think of doing that kind of thing. As hilarious as the drawings from the perspective of my dark sense of humour (trust me, I was belly laughing), it's also on another more objective and rational level incredibly sad. You (as in, whoever the drawer is) are approaching other people who are minding their own business, and trying to make them feel bad by accentuating their ugly parts. I would wager a good guess from experience being around fragile male egos, that were the situations reversed and a nice girl took the pee out of some of us less than , ideally featured men, we would go 5x more mental about it than the women probably do.

Yeah I felt a bit sorry for the ugly whumps having that done to them which is why I went for good ish looking women who probably have a bit of ego so not to be too hurt by it. Dunno about women being less peurile, see Sinny's post above which is what got me thinking about this.

Of course women are less peurile, it's a common male trait, and not generally (in comparison) a female one. Don't forget we are talking about grown men and women here, not children.

Monday is our 1st Wedding Anniversary!!

After my 'weird'* divorce, I met Emma on 'Plenty of Fish' almost 3 and a half years ago! We fell in Love... I moved in with her 18 months later, and last year on the 1st October (the hottest day of the year!!) we got married!! :)

We have recently (last month) suffered a slight knock in our first Baby Miscarrying! :( but we intend to try again, as we would both love our family to grow! :)

*has been mentioned one here a few times! :)

Congrats dude, and good luck on the next baby attempts... don't give up! :)

so I've been talking to a lovely lady I met on an online website, been pretty chatty via emails, text and a number of 1-2 hour long phone calls and we're meeting up with each other on Saturday in London as it's a mid-way location between our two homes.

Does anyone have any ideas of unusual places to go or things to see, she's left the planning up to me which is a pain as I'd be totally happy just mooching round the Natural History Museum but it's a bit mundane, equally I don't want to go over the top as I've done in the past!

She had mentioned the London Aquarium which I'd be up for seeing and if the weather changes (as it's forecast to) I'd like to go to Kew as it's a beautiful place and it'd give me a chance to get the camera out.

I'm getting a decent feeling about her, I've had a few close shaves recently with some completely unsuitable ladies so I want it to go well. We've already got a second day planned for two weeks time in Brighton so it sounds like I'd have to royally **** it up but royally cocking things up seems to be my special ability so if anyone has any suggestions then let me have them :)

thanks!

Mhmm id maybe suggest against taking the camera out, unless she also brings one, as its generally a one-man activity. London Aquarium would be good I reckon as fish etc are just lively, beautiful and interesting things to look at. Plants, not so much.

points taken. I've taken a camera with me on a couple of day long dates, they usually love it and end up taking most of my photos for me, you really don't think it's a good idea?

I'm just saying I personally wouldn't rely on that as my date activity/amusement (talking about plants and gardens here), unless she had one and was into photography too. Of course if you take it to the London Aquarium then job done as the photos will be much more fun!

Kew Gardens seems like a pretty boring date to me. Take her to London Zoo :) It's going to be a bit chilly outside and you can even take your jacket off for her or try and get close to keep her warm ;)

London Aquarium (now Sealife I think) is good too, but you won't be in there for long. Maybe an hour/hour and half max?
