I'm close to deleting my POF account I think, not had any luck on there. Thought I'd struck gold when this one girl added me as a favourite 2 nights ago, so I messaged her, we got talking on facebook ect, then texting.

She asked me last night if I wanted to meet up tomorrow at a local place near me, she sounded really eager to meet up, infact it was her idea!. But when I got home she had deleted me off facebook and sent me a text basically saying that "POF is full of weird people, i dont think im ready for internet dating, i got caught up in the moment, last night was too random!"

Which is a damn shame since we had an insane amount of things in common, she told me some private things and she was very flirty.

Don't understand women honestly! I tried to explain to her that she shouldn't see it as "internet dating", cause once we meet up it will be a normal thing and not "weird".

Girls = most confusing things ever
 
Well, after yet another girl after leading me on deciding that she just wants me as a friend (and I'm talking serious leading on here) I've decided to sign up to POF. Can't hurt.

I'm betting that the content of many of those messages was along the lines of what I posted, rather than people looking for something meaningful. :p

I suppose it's not surprising. Most blokes are pretty easily pleased when you think about it, regardless of sexuality. On the flip side I know plenty of girls who won't even give a guy a second look if they don't like his shoes. I could understand if it was something about their face or build, but shoes can be changed pretty easily. :confused:
 
Oh yeah definitely, it's more about sex than dating tbh. Probably only 1 in 20 messages is anything else, but I think I prefer the attention than not! :p
