Intelliscreen - Like the 'Today' button on WM6 phones. Very powerful and a top app. Sadly it won't ever hit iTunes store due to the crap 'no background running applications' rules.

Capture - Screen Capture util.
Wiki2Touch - Offline Wiki access.
Summerboard - No explanation needed.
Customize 2.0 - Horribly powerful util.
BossPrefs - Utility to customise various services.
Sketches - Sketching app.
MxTube - Save YT videos directly to the touch.
Wallpaper - Spy on other Touch/Phone owners wallpapers.
XboxLive - for spying on xbl friends.

Thanks a lot, shame I can't seem to Jailbreak my touch (mbr error everytime with the poor ziphone app) as some of those look really useful!
 
Need some help, I'm on windows X64 when I downloaded the new Itunes its downloads version 7.6.2.9 and when ever I go to the apple download site it downloads the same one?
Can't get any apps cuz it says I need version 7.7 >.<
Help pls!! :D

edit: I got an iPod Touch too :)

I'm still having no luck here! Is iTunes 7.7 a Mac only thing? Seems werid cuz the download page says 7.7 on it >.<
 
When I do "About" its says version 7.6.2 :(
It does say theres an update though, just won't download it :-(
My parents vista laptop does the same thing lol

Septh, you have to download it from the link in the 1st post of this thread and download it to your desktop.

go to apple.com and download the latest version of itunes (7.7)
when thats downloaded and installed and your new firmware is manually downloaded you can install it via itunes (manually!)
hold down shift and click on check for updates and a pop up window will appear allowing you to manually select any firmware package you have downloaded. Choose it and watch your iphone update (takes 5 mins)
 
Sorry guys, I was being a fool, wonderful IE 7 hadn't actually refreshed the page from its cache from when i downloaded 7.6.2 a while ago, a ctrl F5 fixed this :D
 
Yeah the remote function is excellent, currently chilling out downstairs with my music blaring away, just laying on the sofa changing volume and tracks is fantastic
 
Shazam (the music recognition app) is simply awesome

I was just listening to The Box on Sky and saw a song I liked midway through, didnt know the name so tested it, it worked fine :D

Put Snatch on and used it during one of the songs, worked then too, :D
