I just read on Gizmodo that dev team have already done it.
Goto www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer and Add to Home Screen as a link.
It always loads the mobile sote and when I try and add a link it brings up a small screenshot of the site itself and not the icon

I just updated mine from 1.1.4 jailbroken and unlocked with ziphone. The upgrade went fine and my phone was picked up in itunes. So then i loaded ZiPhone and clicked the unlock process but it stalled at rebooting the phone
Now when i load itunes i get a msg its stuck in recovery mode and i cant seem to do anything with it
Have i bricked my phone oh.... oh

God damn windows has given me some greif 2nite!
Installed itunes 7.7, looked rather nice, looked through all the cool apps on offer, plugged in my iPod Touch and it gave an error about having the older version of Apple Moible Support, so I reinstalled Itunes didn't fix it, tried loads of stuff online which didn't fix it! Tried reverting back to 7.6 which somehow lost the drivers for my iPod making windows think it was a camera -.-
Windows restore wouldn't fix any of it >.<
Then I finally got my older itunes installed, and all the drivers working, but the library was now a 7.7 library, luckly I found online how to fix this!
Now I'm back where I started several hours ago lol
Think it must be cuz I'm using 64bit windows! So I'm going to install VmWare with 32bit windows on it! All so I can download some applications for my iPod lol

I d/l the Vista x64 version from Apple.com installed and had no problems, not even a reboot.
Just wish Apple would release the iPod touch update now
How do you get the 64bit version? When I go to the download site it gives me the 32bit one (says its a 32bit one when I install it and it might not work right) Even when using 64bit IE lol
Man this thread makes me look like a total PC noob lol

Will only give you 64bit vista one it would seem, anyone wanna send me the 64bit vista one, I'm sure it will work fine on XP
