yes.. expect a queue thoughI am off next week. I take it I can walk up to one of these Apple stores on launch day and buy one without preordering yes?

yes.. expect a queue though![]()
A mode specifically designed for reaching the UI elements at the top of the screen because it's too big to use with one hand otherwise, what a clownshow.
My contract expires in December, originally I was just going to get a 5S on a new contract but now my head is being turned...![]()
An idea when we'll be able to see these physically in store? Not 100% sure on 6 or 6 Plus..
iPhone 5 1,560mAh
iPhone 6 1,810mAh
Not much in it considering that it now has 0.7" bigger screen. So I predict similar battery consumption.
iPhone 6+ 2,915mAh
LG G3 3,000mAh
I using the LG G3 as an example as that also has a 5.5' screen. But one is 2k and the 1080p. So the iPhone 6+ should have good battery life, easy 2 days or 7 hours+ screen time
£619 for the 64GB, seems decent to me.
Display spec: 'Reachability'
The ****?
Similar battery life to the older model
Lower specs than equivalent phones
Higher prices
Dunno what I was expecting really, iPhones seem to get less impressive every generation, is this because Apple have lowered their game or because everyone else has raised it?
I wish they had something for those of us that don't want to carry a huge 90's phone aroundI have loads of money invested in the apple system, especially for ipad but all I really do with a phone is calls, text, a few pictures apps, planners, email and notes etc.
I rarely surf and have no need for screens this big. In fact they could pump out a cheaper phone still in the 4s body with a storage upgrade and I'd rather spend £600 on that. At no point in the last X years have I thought I was lacking power. Battery life would be far more preferable.
I bet the battery life on this new phone sucks too, we always here big things to then get people complain about less than a days light use.
I would have joined the debate sooner but for A & E trying to re-start my heart following the shock from listening to the pricing structure.
How much is a 2 year contract going to cost the average punter? Even if you say it quickly it's still a choker.
Only idiots and Apple die-hards will be able to just this purchase.
Did anyone watch the launch, first time I've ever bothered to even part listen to one of these things. OMG, it was stomach churning awful. The sycophantic whooping and clapping. I really felt embarrassed to own Apple kit.
Next Friday most probably.
Release day?
I presume there won't be any on display before/during the pre-order period?
Also can anyone comment on whether Canadian phones will fully work over here, and whether there is international warranty on them?
It'll cost a lot. Fact is I was expecting the 32GB to be £600, so in my eyes i'm paying £20 more than expected for double the capacity. If anything i'm pleasantly surprised.
I'm certainly no idiot, although I do tend to steer towards Apple products, Macbook etc. I wouldn't call myself a die hard though, I wouldn't wear the Apple watch if it was free.
