Really just want 2GB ram, hate how often things refresh compared too the iPad Air 2, experience is way better when I can actual download a Spotify playlist with it being cleared from memory ever 15 seconds >.<. Outside of that nothing really matters too me, happy with most other things on the 6 so I will stick with that while I wait for a Nexus release too see if I'll change.

I don't think the 16 will be dropped this time. It makes the upgrade to the 64 look all too appealing, almost forcing people to upgrade. Upgrades in storage will come with the & i think

I would guess they keep 16GB around just to upsell people to 64gb. Everyone understands that in todays world 16GB is tight as ****, moreover for a £540 phone, just plain insane, but its all about profits and if they can get someone to pay £100 more something that costs them maybe £5-£10 more then its a huge win.

Will be selling my 128GB 6 and getting a 6S 128GB probably. Net overall change then isn't too bad, so why not. Plus i'll order another 6S and sell it on the day of release at a profit to reduce the cost of change even more.

Anyone hoping for 32GB base model will for sure be disappointed. 64GB for the price of 32 was Apples way of giving a tiny little bit more value for people who need space.

For sure they are not willing to cannibalise the sales of extra space by taking away the biggest reason of buying it.

Personally I will be considering 64GB model as my first iPhone ever. Multitasking problems etc. have prevented me from jumping the ship earlier and once that was fixed and then Nexus 5 taught me that I want more screen estate than 5s offered. And 6 was crippled by ram.

For me the s-models have always been the best. 3GS had first proper Cortex A8 CPU, 4s had first dual core CPU which made it by far better on the long term than 4, 5s had insanely good SOC making it still fast by modern standards. And 6s will for sure have 2GB memory actually making of usable over longer term, unlike 6 that was crippled by 1GB ram.

I see your point about the 32GB, what I meant is remove the 16GB and bring back the 32GB. That way you have 32GB base (same price as 16GB), 64GB, 128GB.

I still have an iPad 3rd gen, Hopefully they release one of the big ones that's rumoured.

the iPad is starting to scroll slowly down webpages where the bottom half of the screen is black for a few seconds.

Looking likely that i'll upgrade my 5S. I try to stick to a 2 year cycle and that's worked nicely for me since I got the 3GS.

Still deciding between the screen sizes though. The larger phone having the OIS is tempting me very much.

In terms of capacity, I normally aim for the highest capacity phone available. Just due to the fact that where I spend the majority of my time, internet connections are very slow so streaming music is not easy therefore sideloading it all on beforehand suits me a lot better.
