Poll: iPhone 6s & 6s Plus Thread

i quite fancy getting a new iphone but i'd rather just buy it in store really. How long until i could walk into a central london apple store and walk out with a nice new 128gig 6s? I'm assuming they'll all be sold out for now?

3D Touch is fine, works well but little bit gimmicky.

Phone seems much warmer than before, might be imagining things though.

Front camera is much better but I don't take selfies!

Struggling to see that this is worth circa £200-250 to upgrade from the 6.

That was the general idea from the reviews.

Truthfully, this is an upgrade aimed at those with the S variant on a 2 year contract.

Every year I upgrade/renew around the release of the S versions, so as a 5S user this upgrade will be leaps and bounds for me. Someone who upgraded last year...probably not.

Mine was out for delivery at 3:30am, UPS around here tend to arrive between 1pm and 4pm.

Really wish they would have used DPD as 90% of the time they are here before 12pm, and at least I get a time slot.

It's about time UPS started doing time slots, it's ridiculous that they don't these days.

I'm using the "move from android" app to move over from my Note 4. Seems to be working fine, but it's just so slow!

Looks like it'll take more than half an hour. Not really a big deal, but I'm impatient to play with the new toy!

I was getting the idea from all the reviews that 3D Touch would be the big new thing that you'll never be able to do without once you have it (and once it's more widely used in apps).

What do you feel is gimmicky about it so far? Or is it just because it's early in the implementation? I find the idea of it quite an appealling one.

Well, you can force touch on messages, which shows new message and 3 recents contacts. Which is literally no quicker than opening messages itself.

Force touch on calendar--add event. What's wrong with opening the app and tapping the + button? The app opens instantly anyway!

Ok thanks. It doesn't sound like there's much to it at the moment. Perhaps some enterprising programmers will come out with some good games like a 3d touch Flappy Bird where you press harder to flap more vigorously
