Queue at Apple Store in the Arndale Centre in Manchester was pretty much non existant, so the time window worked pretty well, I was in the queue and seen after about 5 minutes as 3 people were in front of me. In and out within 10 minutes.

Just restoring the backup I took at the moment, looking forward to playing with it. The Plus seems so much bigger than it did in store now I have it home, but I am sure I will be used to it by the end of the week hah.

I have no idea what it will be like if you've not reserved. I had reserved mine and arrived just before my time window. There was another queue for people who hadn't reserved, and that wasn't too big either, but I have no idea how that queue was working.

About 20 people in line at 10:30am, but got through that in about 10 minutes.

When I went to pay they cash register wouldn't open as it was already full of cash, lol

I'd love to see a ticker of all the money that comes flowing in in real time on a day like today. They probably have one up in a conference room in Cupertino. You *might* be OK. The queues in Bath were very small too for both reservations and those just turning up. And not a single scalper in sight.

I just rang Apple and it's showing in stock but they can't reserve any or tell me how many are there. I fancy a trip to John Lewis anyway so I'll drive down after lunch and see what's about.

Phone arrived but I am at work

Not sure how I transfer my data to the new iphone last time i upgraded was from 4 to 5! I think its backup / restore using iTunes.

Having very much iPad 3 thoughts on these new phones.

Seems that the 7 is going to make this round of S models pretty lame. The extra heft of the phone seems a very much backward move, much like the iPad was.

As stated previously, the phone is running pretty hot just on safari.

Well this is a lovely step up from my 5S. The TouchID is noticeably faster, almost instant now.

Decided to go for the plus after all as an upgrade from the 5s. Haven't seen the plus size models yet so I'm sure I'll be in for a shock but will get used to it soon enough.

4 week wait for the rose gold model from O2 however. Ach well, it'll come eventually.

Has anyone else noticed that the phone gets extremely hot? Mine's been restoring from the cloud and it's noticeably hotter than my iPhone 6.

It's probably indexing, my watch and iPhone 5S/6 both done this after updating to iOS9. After a few hours it cooled down and performance improved.

On another note, DPD just delivered my O2 iPhone 6S 64GB SG! First time I've ever ordered a launch day phone Now to wait to get home to restore my data (will takes way to long doing an iCloud restore)
