Yes, according to Quidco - though not a price reduction, but £100 cashback

I signed up last week with a differerent o2 contract, £100 cashback was tracked in a couple of days.

Asuuming the £100 price reduction for the actual iPhone is correct.

You should get £100 off the Iphone, ontop of £35 (maybe £100 nobody seems to know for sure) cashback by taking an O2 contract.

Quidco works quite simply, they've built up a community by getting business to offer their members cashback on their purchases.

No, you don't get it on top of.

Any o2 contract through quidco is £100 cashback, not another £35 for the iphone

You get £100 off the price of the iphone tomorrow, its dropping from its instore price of £269 to £169, this is entirely seperate from the cashback.

Aswell as tomorrows price drop you can also get cashback, either £35 or £100, no one seems sure which it is.

so if i was to buy an iphone and then unlock it and not sign up for the contract i can put any simcard (pay as i go) and it will work??

Sounds like he didn't buy an Iphone, but a different phone on contract, which is definately £100 cashback.

Yep by the looks of it.

And it only when you do the cheap contract it seems and the offer only runs until 1st June.

Well I visted Quidco and then went to the 02 shop, it just seems like the generic 02 shop and there was no obvious cash back offer or discount listed.

Am I missing something or being dumb?

Quidco cashback comes up on the quidco website.

Wont have anything listen about it on the shop your buying from.

It all happens behind the scenes via cookies. I always delete all cookies/temporary data, go to quidco, log in, follow the link to the shop and then shop as normal.

Once you've made your purchase it takes a while (upto a day or two) for your quidco to track, then depending on the shop it can take upto a month or two for it to be validated, sent to quidco and then you can pay it into your bank account.
