And stupid question? In all those places offering 'free' wifi, do I still end up having to pay Virgin for the data transfer? Or is it totally free?

Video recording is in beta stage, apparently the quality is very good.

You have to sign when you buy the phone with a staff discount, it is part of the staff purchase process. I have one of the receipts in front of me here (the unsigned customer copy). Read what is says a bit more closely.

All I'm saying is don't do what your mate did, because it will be *very* easy to check for this kind of abuse by employees, especially if you're doing something stupid like buying 6 phones to sell on ebay.

I've noticed the signal isn't as strong on the iPhone as it was on my N95, particularly at home. Used to get between 3/4 - full at home, now i'm getting 1 bar to half full if I'm lucky. Seems to be OK out and about though.

What carrier is that on? I'm on T-Mobile and am rarely off full signal around here.

Ihe list is inside installer. Not sure about an online version, there should be one but new stuff comes out EVERYDAY and it's hard to keep up, where inside installer it updates everytime you use it.

just got mine and all unlocked in 5 mins. one thing i thought i read somewhere was some software you can use to be able to send and recieve files over bluetooth? also iv tried installing the SMSD but when i try to open it all it does is close. any ideas?

Youtube won't run on anything less than EDGE.

i think he mean it just won't load at all. In edge i think it loads in a lower bitrate version.
