You need your numbers with the +44 prefix for them to work

Replace the 0 at the start of all your numbers to +44 (the UK international prefix)

e.g. 0771234567 becomes +44771234567

My mate has just got an iPhone and he loves it.

One problem he needs help on is his contacts. I used iSim on it to get his sim contacts onto the iPhone but now when he receives a call, sometimes it shows the phone number instead of the name in the phonebook.

Has anyone had this problem? If so how did you fix it?

Yea I had this problem too and started by replacing putting +44 infront of the numbers just as zinc suggested too.

Then I tried a different program called SIMport which is much easier (and free) to use.

And best thing is, when it ports numbers over, and when those people call you, their names come up as opposed to their number (regardless of whether you start their number with 0, 0044 or +44 (assuming theyre in the UK ofcourse)).

My first iPhone did. But then I sold it on.
The second one I bought is dead pixel free! Wewt

So long as you have had it for less than 14 days, then get that badboy swapped over.

(Make sure you reset everything to as if it were not unlocked/jailbreaked )
