Has it been mentioned recently that the Radical is ******* awesome? If not it should've been
So I decided it's been way too long since I raced in an official race so this season I'm aiming to do the Radical season, did a few laps practice earlier in the week, then some this morning, then jumped into a race this afternoon and just finished the third race in a row...
First race - getting through a grid start for the first time in ages was an experience, did ok though, right up until about half way around lap 3 when I clipped the kerb in the left hander before Moss (Mosport this week) and wrecked the car, 8 minutes repairs then just lapped ~1.5s off the pace.
Second race - some proper fast people, ranked 8th, finished 8th, good race, 0 inc \o/
Third race - much lower SOF, Started 8th, Ranked 2nd, won by 6 seconds, and 0 inc again to boot. w00t
Love this car.

There will always be bad races, especially so at Rookie level, just take what you can from the race (are there any incidents, your fault or not, that you could've done <something> to avoid?) and move on
16x will be 4 seperate 4x's most likely, presumably 2 from being hit off track but there's no way 2 incidents will cause >4x (there's a timelimit from receiving the first incident where further ones only count if they're higher, if that makes sense?)

I have just had the worst race I have experienced by far, I get that new players will be slow and make mistakes but it doesn't excuse **** poor racing. I got hit off the track twice, which I ended up getting 16x for some reason but also lapped cars kept holding the leaders up and taking them out numerous times. I have the replay, which I might upload as it actually quite funny watching it now but was ridiculously annoying at the time.

but 2 second places isn't too bad, should've won one but managed to spin 5 times (one 'helped') so 2nd is pretty damn good after that. Gonna race this evening a few times as well to finish off the week, then Spa next week where my PC is going to suffer again, really should buy an upgrade
