This is getting a little embarrassing for them, site can't stay up for longer than 15 minutes at a time. Just temp ban all the americans who are signing on and making it die.

Yeah, thought it was a bit odd you saying the site was down as I'd just finished reading the forums when I saw your post, then I went back there and it was down again, no idea if they've fixed whatever the problem is yet but not gonna be able to race/practice until tomorrow evening anyway so hopefully they can fix it by then if not :)
 
Same here, got everything set up about to sign up and couldn't get in. Hopefully tonight i should get to have a go and find out how socking i am lol
 
Sounds like it should be ok now, but we'll see. One thing that might be worth mentioning is that if the site is flaky then once you've started an offline practice session it won't stop if the servers go down, and also that alt+tab works fine with iRacing so you can just leave the sim open if there are issues, just need a short time period to start a testing session...
 
Finally got into my first race.

Ran out of fuel on white flag lap.

Can't believe how much more fuel the car uses compared to testing.

Still, I managed to finish higher than I started and only 2 inc so not too bad.
