yes he was. he had a blinder in the euro's or was it the world cup. was known to be the best russian playmaker at the time with lots of teams after him. he was a proven player
Amazing. Definitely not a world class player. Never was, never will be.
As for the 60million that Arsenal apparently have (or haven't) got. I just don't believe it. I don't believe Arsenal are set up in a way to spend that sort of money, this is a club that have been from the ground up set up by Arsene Wenger. I don't believe they will ever, under the current ownership let alone management, splash that sort of money out.

.Since then hes been absolutely rubbish and i wouldnt shed a tear if he left us...he doesnt do anything of note tbh.
But LOL at Arshavin being world class...he never was world class...

It's pretty simple, last season up till xmas Nasri was exactly the player he is now, disappearing in most games, useless, selfish but got a few goals. Arshavin was getting assists and a few goals, working hard and being the MUCH better player.
Because Nasri was getting more goals and Arshavin wasn't fans seemed to roundly turn on Arshavin for no reason, after a month of calling him crap Wenger dropped him, though largely because of Walcott...... Arshavin + Nasri on the wings very often became mostly Nasri + Walcott.
Since last xmas(same as Chamakh) he's had zero consistent game time, been dropped for Walcott which would make any player pretty god damned angry and he's not been match fit or confident or given a crap after being treated like crap by Wenger(and the fans).
His form when playing consistently was VERY good for us, his form when played very sporadically, not match fit, in a team that doesn't suit his style at all.......... out of position, not good, that would be true for MOST players who barely get a game.
This is classic Wenger and he's done it to MANY players now, player looks great when they arrive, in form and match fit, randomly drops someone and gives them 10 mins end of a game every couple weeks and a start every month or so(some players a start every 3-4 months) and they look like crap........ and the fans randomly ignore the lack of game time and lack of match fitness.

LOL Walcott aint going nowhere, hes Wengers little pet and has been for years....every yr i wish that this muppet Walcott would show what he is capable of and every yr i get more and more disappointed when he shows that hes absolutely useless.

jonny whats his name said further up that Wenger doesn't know what he's doing when he listened to the fans booing Eboue and sold him.

Sikhism is a religion originating in Punjab - India, a Sheikh is just a rich Arab from any number of Arab countries considered to be a "leader" but in this day and age it just means he is rich and with that money comes power.
Arabs are muslim.
For you to say they are the same thing is like me saying Catholics and Protestants are the same thing, but they aren't they are sworn enemies in Ireland and Glasgow, etc.
Same goes for Sikhs and Muslims, almost all Sikhs I know hate muslim's they may have some muslim friends but behind their back they will say all sorts and truly do hate them.
Sure some can be friends but the majority have an underlying hate I would imagine instilled in them from elders and history.
Come on.. its all pretty much the same thing. they both keep the women in cages and wear what look like pyjamas etc etc...
You can say the same effectively for Catholics and Protestants, they worship the same God and are both Christians.
Not really anything to do with poor Arsene Wenger though.
