Is there a compatibilty problem with the ATI 4850 and Furmark?

Still waiting for the retailer to test mine, really is a shame as when its not crashing the cards performance is spot on for my current setup.
Making do with a mates passively cooled 3850 at the moment, loaded up Batman and even the menus were running like a slideshow! Does run the older source stuff like CSS and L4D1 fairly well though so its not all bad :).
