Ok fine, us catholics, COE-ers, Christians, etc... and what does this do for segregation? I thought racial tension/ division such a big problem? How does this help?

And I'd imagine the same as "whities" get. The article states that there is parental demand for one, just like there are for Christian/Jewish state schools.
