I know democracy leaves a bad taste in your mouth but - while wrong - that's the way it works almost the world over. ISIS are doing more killing than Syrias army.

The problem is Assad is not the right type of leader now. The US are trying everything to go in. They are getting peeved at how long they have to wait to get boots on the ground.

I for one vehemently hate the Israeli overreaction and bully boy tactics in Palestine, just as I hate what the Syrian and Russian airforce are doing in Aleppo.

Since you brought it up and think such use of force is right then you must also agree with the Israeli tactics? If not then it's not (just) the person you quoted being a bit hypocritical...

Israel has got a right to defend itself. It does not deliberately target civilians, it fights back after being attacked by Palestinian terrorists. It is only because the Palestinian terrorists hide in densely population civilian areas that civilians get killed. So many people keep blaming Israel all the time yet they ignore the fact that Israel is attacked so many times by Palestinian terrorists. If the Palestinian terrorists stopped attacking Israel then there would be peace. Israel only ever fights back after being attacked and bomb first!

And the only reason we have casualties in Aleppo is because the rebels are using the civilians as human shields.

Don't get me started dude - We all know the aggressor is the IDF. We all also know Israel was founded by zionist terrorist groups in the 1940's. Just because they are there now doesn't mean they are faultless. 60+ UN Sanctions say so, no matter how you try to spin it.

anyways - i'm not going to expand on this as its been mentioned a million times on this forum - it is funny though how the western nations can turn a blind eye to this form of oppression yet seem to want to run in as soon as a muslim middle-eastern country starts to oppress its own people. Withdrew then blockaded gaza.... continued to steal land over at the west bank, steal homes, impose racist laws & treat non Jewish citizens like second class citizen, bombing civilians, UNICEF schools, hospitals the list goes on... Israeli government don't want peace they want one state solution a Jewish state.

If they want peace they would stop the above and call in U.N peace keepers, they would also give the right to return of refuges and split the land. Im not defending terrorists who fire at civilians, i am just pointing out that IDF are just as bad if not worse.

For starters they could stop stealing land in the West Bank from Palestinians and building illegal settlements on them. That would help...

A lot of the terrorist attacks and rocket attacks are in direct retaliation for things like that. The Palestinians aren't wholely free of blame, but considering that's about the only thing they can do when Israel takes more and more land it's reasonable to to see why many do it. Especially when the international community stand back and let it happen because the US veto and/or stop UN intervention.

All the while the isreali government complain they are being persecuted when things like the EU try and ban/force the production location of products from settlements to say they are from settlements, not Israel, and football organizations try and stop "isreali" football clubs based on Palestinian land being playing as part of Israel.
 
The extreme bias shown in media coverage, these days, of similar events in Iraq (Mosul) and Syria (Alepo) will be a rewarding subject for PhDs students looking at the uses and abuses of propaganda down the ages.

A friend told me when he visited Israel, he saw IDF troops shoot a father and daughter who were walking together- for no reason and they just continued to empty magazines into him.

If you think Israel are the angels in this you are mistaken. Isarel is commiting genocide.

Israel have done some stupid stuff (bombing those kids on the beach for eg) but Palestinians are mainly muslim, thats the problem right there. Compare this video to the one where they ask Jews about Atheists....
