Italian Grand Prix 2010, Monza Circuit - Race 14/19

Pretty much confirming Renault power at Lotus next season. Hopefully their engine and gearbox support will move them up nicely.

Ross Brawn: There will be no driver changes in 2011.
Eddie Jordan: Why were there so many driver managers coming into Mercedes' motor home?
Ross Brawn: I don't know. I didnt see any.

Either Brawn is lying through his teeth or Eddie is on to something.

The real question is that just how long is MS prepared to get beaten by his younger team-mate and keep finishing in the minor positions? This "come-back" can't be doing his reputation any good.

Eddie gained a lot of credibility in my eyes when he called the Schumacher coming back story before anyone else had a sniff of it.

Now he's starting to question him coming back next season makes you wonder if he's been told something again.

He's one point ahead of Sutil in a Force India. That's a far cry from the championship winning team he signed up with at the end of last year and not a situation I think he was expecting to be in.

But he would have known this seasons car was going to be average at best, so will only quit if he knows next seasons car is also going to be average.

BTW Chandhok was fantastic on the 5Live commentary - even better than during practice :)

But he would have known this seasons car was going to be average at best, ...

He would not have known this, for sure.

Remember, before the season started, he said that he was definitely aiming for race wins and possibly the championship. I highly doubt that he would've expected to be fighting for 9th place and being trounced by his team-mate. Remember this sort of situation is virtually alien to him.

Wowsers poor bloke got smacked out the way like a rag doll! Didn't look like he was in Yamamotos cockpit more doing something around the engine cover and lollypop man couldn't see him cos he was crouched down a bit.

The black overalls probably aint the best colour for being spotted really!
