Pfft, I'm totally over Lewis now tbh.
I find myself now, bizzarely, rooting for Vettel to outscore Rosberg and snatch 2nd in the WDC!
Reportedly Mclaren taking a 10 place penalty for ALonso and a 5 place for Button. Seeing as it's a 10 place for the first part of a new engine and 5 for each of the remaining parts, Button is taking an old part from already used engine but as he's taken a penalty for all parts of both engines used at the last race that could only really mean lets say the battery failed on both of those engines taken and they are going to one of the older ones. If either worked he'd still be using it.
With Alonso, same deal really except he didn't have an 'old one' to use so has to take it from a new engine. That is pretty pitiful, taking the embarrassing hit of an extra engine while using the rules in a dodgy way because they know they'll have more failures... and the attempt to prevent future penalties didn't even work.
Will be interesting to see what part they are taking. If they both for instance take a new turbo or mgu-h, then it's still got massive reliability problems. I believe the turbo/mgu-h upgrades in Canada are the ones that were the most unreliable and I don't think were updated on the new engine.
I shall be watching this...as I watch every race , edge of seat...shouting at the TV , thinking to myself ( Just get the points Lewis..you dont have to win ..just beat Nico to the line ) .
Same here. Its odd how views of drivers change over the years. I couldn't stand Alonso or Vettel when they were winning WDC's but put them in a less competitive car and it shows their real determination.Pfft, I'm totally over Lewis now tbh.

I love this track, but surely Hamilton is sorted here. Long run to the first corner though. Will probably have to do work while I watch
I have a Christening to go to which is very annoying, I can't remember the last time I didn't watch a race live, I also don't want to hear some religious waffle, sadly it's at 2PM and I'll be in some trouble if I don't go, my request to move it to 3PM didn't go down well
I don't think anyone cares tbh, this season was written off for McLaren a long time ago. 2015 is just a testing session for 2016.
Yeah that doesn't surprise me to be honest , Rosberg has no answer to anything Hamilton does he is in a different class , always has been .
Merc is ready for 2016 engine wise. Both McLaren and Honda need a slap.
Wonder if having a new born will slow Rosberg down?
