Its Coming - Ahsoka

Erm, let’s say the whales’ effort is a one way trip. They get there, all their energy is spent and they naturally die. Which is fine.

You really are thinking about this too much and filling in detail to fit your narrative that isn’t there.

Then why the whole pod travel with the matriarch, if the whole pod is travelling and dying at the end then why not take the 3 cruiser with them and the x-wings a-wings etc onboard to give themselves a fighting chance on the other side.

Perhaps whales behave in the same way as whales do on earth. Entire pods of whales regularly beach themselves on sand after following a single whale there.

Ok you may be stranded but clearly you can live off the plants there. Also assuming hyperspace technology does exist in the other side and the mapping information is in the ring - this means getting back is highly dependent on beating Thrawn and Baylon which means have a sizeable force greatly improve your fighting chance. Which makes not taking whatever fighting resources with you even more stupid as seeing you are taking all the whales on a one way suicide trip already.

Also it appears the nightsister has significant presence in the other galaxy and would have star maps and navigation data for that galaxy as well as the return navigational information as they made the trip first place millenia ago. So it won’t be difficult to say that planet has all the resources for the ships to return back to the story galaxy. Which makes the whole series fall apart, as Thrawn would have the resources to return to the story galaxy. Nightsister has the nav data which he appears to be in league with, hyperspace tech in his star destroyer, fuel for hyperspace clearly exists in the galaxy.

That’s a few absolutely massive assumptions there. It’s well established in cannon that knowledge isn’t widespread in the SW galaxy and the one organisation that went around documenting the galaxy has been destroyed along with its archives. The Jedi were quickly forgotten.

What you are essentially suggesting is that they should send a the Rebel flagship with thousands of people on board on the hunch of a single person who’s not in charge of said flagship and where they have no idea what’s on the other side of if the whales will take them to the same place the hyperspace ring went. They don’t even know it’s a one way trip.

Sorry but your plot has more holes than a colander.
Honestly, are people just so bored these days they have to go picking for plot holes, instead of just enjoying what's so far a fairly decent series?

This.
Even the much revered original trilogy has plot holes if you go looking for them - but I don't remember people micro analysing them to the extent some of you do
And this. Wizards and witches in space and all that.

Yea I think the fight was deffo drawn out. Ezra going all force mode, thought he'd be super strong then got force slapped.

The interaction between the 2 was childish not wanting the light saber when your life is in danger. Ahsoka sort of got bested again. I mean she is anakins apprentice.

Interesting that thrawn asked if anakin is her master because I'm sure somewhere I read he knows Vader's identity.
So is baylon gonna betray thrawn and leave him stranded?

Ugh, good grief, Ahsoka practising in the spaceship. She looked so slow and clumsy. In reality, she would be defeated in seconds. I half expected her to cut her own leg off.

Also, the petulant brat on the planet, who ruins all the plans because she never follows orders. What's that about?

Much as though it's a great series, the story and at least one of the cast and one of the characters are well below par.

Thrawn is brilliant, what a character.

What are they loading onto the ship?

I’m loving this series.

I am enjoying the series too - I think Grand Admiral Thawn's dialogue sounds a bit like Benedict Cumberbatch sometimes.

Is the load on the ship some ancient weapon or power source that the witches (Mothers) know about?

Also I'm blown away that Claudia Black from Farscape is one of the three witches - didn't even recognsie her!

And Amos from The Expanse is the Storm Trooper Enoch that has the gold face.. ;)

Its possible that the cargo is dead Night Sisters. They have the power to resurrect the dead as sort of zombies. It could also be something non related like sources of their power.

Seriously, just don't get his name wrong. You'll outrage the nerds. I know, I did it already.:cry:
