Its Coming - Ahsoka

Really good series overall.
Yes there were some slower points, but they are world building and this is all setting up the next few arcs in a number of series. It must be hard trying to meet the needs of those that have seen Rebels and Clone wars and those that haven’t.

I am looking forward to Star Wars again.

If you want to enjoy Star Wars watch Rebels on D+ it's all the same characters we just saw but better versions of themselves.

I liked Ahsoka but it was bang average, if Ray Stevenson wasn't on screen it barely wandered into good-ish. It was the Beefeater Restaurants of TV shows, I enjoyed it whilst I was there but it was instantly forgettable, it hinted at better things but didn't really elevate them to the level I was hoping for.

This made me chuckle.

Yet again I enjoyed the series. I think there was decent if slightly stereotypical character development and some of the fight scenes were really excellent. Still favouring Andor as the best of the recent slew of spin offs but Ahsoka was a credible addition. I'm more interested in series two of this than another season of Boba Fett or Kenobi.

Space Wizards
Sci-fi

Star Wars is full of stupid **** such as Padme dying because she loses the will to live.

Maybe those humans in a galaxy far far away don't have any organs in that part of the body.

1. It's that kind of thing that makes it crap though. That's the point.

2. You could get a job writing for for SW.

:D

I liked R1 a lot and solo was fun
TFA got me hyped (but not a great film in hindsight)
Everything else has been disappointing other than:
Mando s1 - pretty good
Andor - amazing ! Best thing since Disney took over
Clone wars s7 was good but really just filled in things we kind of knew
Ashoka almost got good but just didn't quite get there for me

Just binged and finished. Not bad. Not seen any of the animated stuff.

Sabine, detested her in episode 1 and was pleased she was stabbed in the middle of her chest by a lightsaber at the end of Ep1. Ep2, oh sh'e back with a cigarette burn on her lower right stomach. I did warm a bit more to her from that point on.

Hera, absolute crap in this, her dialogue was not that of a General, but wow she looked good.

Baylan, very cool. Interested on who will play him and what he has found. Him and Shin were an interesting take on the fallen jedi.

Huyang, very cool droid and so much better than the recent crap, woke droids we were getting - looking at you PWB. And yes, although i saw David Tennant in the credits, didn't realise he was voicing.

Ashoka, looks good and is very good at slowing things down when talking and moving, but her fighting skills are very poor.

Nit pick - the final episode on the tower, Ashoka and Elspeth fight - 20 storm troopers surrounded Ashoka, but just lit up a cigarette and watched the fight.

Very cool, some epic and beautiful backdrop lightsaber battles, C3PO and zombie stormtroopers (very cool!!) Also did not realise Amos was Enoch.

Interested in where S2 takes us and overall enjoyed the series.

I’ve seen this come up a few times but is this not a really obvious nod to Vader and Obi-wan?

They also do it all the time in Star Wars.
