It's getting real hard!

Is hardline worth it? Not really.. Nothing has changed. But, It looks so much nicer that's the reason I done it. My older WC set up worked just as well, well a bit worse but that's the case that's helped with that as the H440 is awful for airflow.

You've made it seem quite fun tbh. it really is quite impressive for a first time. Think I'll go hardline when I go pascal. Planning on swapping out the xfire 7970's any time soon?

It was great fun to do! I'm quite a practical person and like things like this so I did enjoy it.

I downgraded from a 980Ti to these 7970's and I'm going to build a new system when big pascal comes out so I'll upgrade then, new case, new hardline build :D

Fair enough.

You're going to abandon the beautiful 540? :o I'll be next in line to take it ;)

Not yet, I've got at least 6 months of my PC being the same now. Which is rare for me! I built my first PC in February and the longest it's stayed the same is two months!

That's how it gets you, built my first PC maybe 2 years ago, and since then I have pretty much had a constant upgrade itch. It can't be cured!

Damn man, mine usually last 3-5 years before I can justify upgrading them... Must start looking for better excuses :D

Tell me about it, I spend so much money on the bloody thing.

The perks of living at home, paying barely any bills and working full time whilst studying! I have loads of money to spend on crap I don't need :p

You see all mine gets funded by a lovely little thing called student finance ;)

Annndddd im back, silly little ban for something silly but hey ho I am back.
I have been keeping track of the build mate and it looks so sick man, think im going to build my system mostly for christmas and go hardline if/when I get an apprenticeship later on next year!

A little update, nothing major, but got some light things from the MM and popped them in. It lights up the build well but it doesn't really show to well on camera :(

It's nice to be able to look in there and see it, it was just black before!

Maybe I should put the dust filter into the case, it's quite bad!

My air 540 was terrible for dust haha, looking sweet.

I have found that dust filters are not very effective which come with Corsair cases in general. Just looked inside my 780T, let's just say it will be taken oiside to drain and clean out the radiators.

It looked sweet. It's all gone now!

Changing your build already!?!

Sadly.. WC leaked, I got annoyed, put bits up for sale, and going ITX it will also be much more convenient as I don't stay at one place so it'll be easier to move about and no risk of leaking.

As i'm going ITX I thought i'd give a Fury X a try too.. I can't resist upgrading and changing parts :(

Oh lordy hahaha

Only changing gpu, motherboard and case. Not sure what cooler to put in there yet though.. Rest is staying. I really can't justify x99 which is a real shame.
