We've seen them all the way over towards Macc / Congleton, I was thinking it was a transformer exploding.

If it is a transformer it's got some serious legs on it. I'm thinking lightening, but quiet because its late and it doesn't want to wake anyone.

Seriously though the "flash" was seen all over the county, so it was probably aliens or a transformer, or Optimus prime.

Bit sad now to see all the snow gone, was quite fun playing in the snow with the kids and building a snowman.

Think I've seen it go off twice, must be lighting, very odd though, looked different to the lightning flashes I'm used to.

Metoffice is still predicting colder than average for second half of Feb so might not be gone for good just yet.
I guess it depends on how cold the 'average' is that it is lower than! Any ideas for typical Feb temps?
