Are you sure it's not snow falling against a blue sky?
The UK is geo-blocked.
On-topic, there's been a huge thaw here with half or more gone.

Way to much snow and hassle/stress for me, trying to get from the Mid Wales coast early Sunday morning to get to the channel tunnel. First 20 miles was manic -4C and a lot of snow, cross to France more snow, think I'll take the pay motorway to be safe... snowed in on the motorway 20 miles North of Rouen.....4 hour wait till they got us moving again.
Made it to Chartres after 10 hours working through roads that were still open.
Tuesday morning wake up early to continue the drive down to the Med, -10C and roads like sheet ice and were freezing.(sleeping in the camper)
Pic First light Tuesday after leaving Rouen trying to make our way South @-10C.

Coming down pretty well here. I'd looked outside and it was hammering down with rain. Looked outside an hour later with confusion that it had managed to starting snowing and stick after all the rain we'd had
