To be fair after being passenger in a mates RX8 it was rather comfortable and was very planted.

He hasn't had any bills in his ownership either. So either, there is a big bill coming or he's got lucky! His MPGEEEZ are ridiculous though.

Honda Accord a similar drive to a Renault Clio?

WHAT IS THIS

Both are high revving with low torque cars with stiff suspension

Fun to drive whilst giving them beans, but a bit of a pain around town or on rough roads

Though stiff the accord is a vastly more comfortable place to be than the little renaultsport clios - also just feels like any random mid size car with a normal engine does when not giving it some (but then so does the clio other than being a bit harsh).

Anyway I'm with the VR6 for the once in a lifetime supercar experience

When you are not caning it the Accord is a Honda Accord and the Clio is a Renault Clio - vastly different. The suspension on the Accord is hardly unacceptably stiff, no worse than those dreadful S-Line Audi's every sales rep seems happy to do 30k a year in. Yet unlike an S-Line Audi the Accord will actually handle when you want it to.
