It's too hot :(

One day that's all we have had - you should have been about in 1976 - that was hot.

Quite cool outside my window - Sorry about old clockwork temperature reading.

Ignore the clock time I don't know how to reset it.

Urgh, it's 31C here (Waltham St Lawrence), I'm in London tomorrow and Friday as per usual. (Embankment), I'm NOT looking forward to the tube, and so much so. I'm tempted to wear shorts, tshirt and trainers. But then that requires me carrying my suit...

Damn :(

London itself is lovely and warm, but the tube is not pleasant at all.

I become a rather mean person on the tube in summer. I almost always push through to get to the window a the front of back of the tube. Then, the typical run to my platform at Paddington :(

Meh.

Tomorrow, sod it, I'll go early in the morning and go for breakfast along the river, and then head to the pub after to let the warm air cool haha.

Lovely and warm outside, 32ish. Sat inside though at the office and it's about 18 with the aircon.

We had a little thunder and rain earlier, back to sunny again now though. BBQ for dinner for sure!

Don't mind the hot weather but i have to admit preferred yesterday compared to today. It had a bit of a breeze while still being late 20's. Today is what 30-32 inside and 35-36 in the garden going by our temp reading thingy majig.

It's very sauna like, few degrees less and a bit of a breeze and it'd be perfect. :)

those weather sites are about as accurate as heating a babies bottle on a bbq.

Newcastle was apparently 26c or whatever yesterday but my garmin said my whole hour in the sun yesterday was only 23.8c

Garmin devices are not accurate for temp measurement. I have several and temperature changes take forever to change the numbers on the device. Quite often it's 5-10c behind actual. It's also widely reported like this across the Internet

Put it in the fridge for a few hours and the garmin temp display will barely have changed.

mine seems okay, took about 3 minutes before the temperature started to drop though.
the sensor for temp is probably inside the altimeter wind hole or something
anyway thunder and rain in Newcastle Upon Tyne right now :D
