Must have had ~100 heavy drops of rain hit me at ~1300 around Botley on a ride, almost gutted it didn't lash down! :D

No sign of thunderstorms that Met Office gave another blanket yellow warning across most of the south coast... So far.

Had a decent downpour in Cheltenham earlier, lasted about 20-30 minutes. Temperature dropped to about 18C, but looks like we had no rain back at home and the temperature climbed back up to 24C on the way back. Few rumbles of thunder since I've been home, but no rain here so far.

Done with the warm weather now, temperatures in high teens or very low 20s is enough for me.

It's a miracle we have had such hot weather on consecutive days this year, yes it kills lawns and makes the weeds grow very fast, however, it is not a miracle that people are complaining about it...... I for one am sick to death of enjoying the fruits of my labor.....
