I went fishing sunday and by 2 in the afternoon i decided to jump in the river to cool of it was that bad

my water provider is showing 80% so no panic yet.

United Utilities were telling everyone that water capacity was at 75% and just to be not wasteful with water, 2 weeks later they're giving a hosepipe ban

Granted UU are utter garbage where they lose 25% of total flowed water due to leaks (can you imagine any other business that only managed to provide 75% of produce ?) but I don't think it's safe to assume because capacity seems relatively high there is no problem in a few weeks time

Hottest day of the year and the AC is broken in our wing at the office. Currently sat at 28.1c and I also have a summer cold. I feel like proper ****

I've just emptied the bucket for the lounge AC and in the 1 minute or so it took me to do that the hose had filled up enough to spurt out when I put it back in hte bucket
It's filling up the bucket up at about half to a full litre an hour.

I've got to cut a bit of wood to fit in the window in my dad's room to let him use the spare AC in there.
