Be nice if we could get a few days of clear sky, dry, little bit of a breeze, 25C. Was unpleasant working earlier despite being coolish as soon as you did anything you'd feel clammy not to mention on and off rain which brought no freshness with it.

A week of rain and low 20s predicted for London. Sounds amazing. Very happy.

Ah yes its looking good still got the whole of July and also August to get through yet though thats always the worst month! 37c last year! I went into this place no windows open so damn hot I went down with heat stroke at least I believe thats what it was very suddenly felt really faint legs turned to jelly had to sit down for a bit and take it easy had a blinding headache the rest of the day. What shocked me was the suddenness of it one minute you're ok next minute bam theres something seriously wrong if you don't sit down you're going to fall down.

I think it's fine to wish for wet cool weather, unless your a demigod it won't change things.
My ideal is nice long sunny spells 22 c but regular showers so not constantly watering garden.
It's been pretty torential here not fussed but would be Nice to have a dry picnic at weekend

I don't mind high temperatures, but it's the humidity that makes it unbearable. 20c and 100% humidity can feel worse than 30c and 50% humdity. As long as the air keeps moving I can cope.

Looking ahead, I might buy an air con. But my concern is trying to find one that isn't super noisy and ridiculously expensive.

I hate this humid, wet, cold, gloomy summer.
Last year was amazing.. Oh.. Lockdown. This year sucks.

Hoping August and September will be better.

Heating in my study kicked in this morning for a bit!

I think it’s selfish myself.

Total disregard for others, especially children.
