Bet you didn't complain at all
I'm finding that hard to believe
Bet you didn't complain at all
I wish there was some Showcase cinemas near me. Love a redhead lady :heart eyes emoji:
The advantages of Dubai is that it's dry heat. Malaysia and Asia suffer from high humidity, that does make it less enjoyable.I’ve experienced that kind of heat in a few places like Dubai, but never through we’d see it here or that the more ‘extreme’ models would be right. In that heat I’m either in the air con or in the pool, I’ll walk in it briefly.
20-30c is ideal weather. Not too hot that you can't go to the gym (I don't have ac in my gym) or use public transport etc, and warm enough that you can enjoy outdoor activities without worrying about packing a coat and so on. Plus you get a good dose of vitamin D. It's win win in my books. Anything under 20c isn't warm. It's 20c here, how do people put up with hotter than that.
Cos creating greenhouse gases in order to deal with the climate change resulting from greenhouse gas creation is like trying to empty a bath by turning the taps on.Why?
Not if you're sensible. Many people do it all around the world. Make sure you're well hydrated, sun cream, hat and take regular breaks. Is it pleasant? No probably not, but it just needs a slight change in managing time and resources.Would anyone here do an 8 hour day doing Manual work in Monday’s heat?
Is it mega dangerous?

National emergency declared and some schools closing earlier / cancelling sports days. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-62177458
Over 20c should be banned24 degrees day and 14 degrees night and low humidity is perfect, no need for more or less imo.
RIPThe work is outside btw. Two blokes in our house, ones laying gas pipes, the others roofing.
Best of luck.I'd been looking at the weather on my phone for here (London) and it has said max 37c which I thought "ok I can do that". Looked at the BBC and they're now predicting 41c on Monday!
I've honestly never been anywhere over 40c (probably over 37c tbh) so I'm actually now wondering should we be doing anything to prepare? lol.. it sounds like the end of the world to me
Will be WFH on Mon/Tues but then hopefully getting the train oop north on Wed, should the railways survive.. (doubt it )
Whilst the heat is dry in the winter, it's most certainly not in the summer! As we're on the coast we get humidity as the sea warms. It's not unusual in the summer for humidity to be 80-90%+ on some days which is pretty miserable.
