It's too hot :(

I was in Seville and Cordoba in early Sept 2015 and that was 42c. Didn't help when I got lost in Seville and walked 4 extra miles in that heat.
In Spain now.. Its hot. But we have a pool to cool off, And AC.
Were right in front of a decent hill/mountain too and getting a nice breeze. but its showing as 38c still.

Forecast 39c in my part of the UK!

I don't think I've ever experienced that before, Can't remember it ever going over 35c, TBH.

..and the funniest part is I'm having a new boiler installed over Mon-Tues.

Monday night is going to be the killer. Liverpool showing 28C at 22:00 is awful!

Thinking I'll still go into work on Monday/Tuesday (via train) with the risk that trains are called off etc. purely for the office air conditioning. Also the trains are not air conditioned so that will be an awful ride home those two days :( need to be home Wed and Thur and only get 2 WFH days a week.

I’ve experienced that kind of heat in a few places like Dubai, but never through we’d see it here or that the more ‘extreme’ models would be right. In that heat I’m either in the air con or in the pool, I’ll walk in it briefly.

Sevilla was one of the hottest places I have been too. I've been to Death Valley which was like 50c but it was dry and opening the car door felt like opening the door of an oven and getting that rush of heat to the face.

I was in Germany a few years ago when it was about 42c, absolutely brutal. It'a all very well some people saying 'yes but it's hotter in 'some place' but we're not exactly acclimatised to it here.
No doubt there'll be deaths, vulnerable people and kids swimming in canals and quarrys. :(
