Yeah if you get aircon and solar panels that's basically what you have. Plus the solar panel leccy is used for other stuff too.

Got heatstroke from sitting a GCSE exam. As sit in the same position for two hours in a hall with massive windows. Sun heating my neck. A few others round me asked to move but no spaces. Fortunately this was on a Thursday and my next exam was Tuesday
