It's too hot :(

Sat on my motorbike in all my textiles/balaclava gloves inner gloves etc. absolutely horrible. Dripping with sweat by the time I'd got back. 30.2 degrees in my bedroom at the minute. Just **** off. Rain, thunder/lightning, be windy, i don't care, just don't be hot. Supposed to rain tomorrow, not actually checked the predicted temperature though

Breakfast viewing in the Natural History Museum, in the garden, now indoors watching the Tour de France time trial and then back inn the garden for the rest of the day. :D

because our houses aren't designed for hot weather like ones in hot countries are.

we have crazy amounts of insulation that trap the heat and the majority of us don't have AC etc

if you ever go on holiday to a hot country you can tell who are tourists from cooler countries from the massive sweat patches
 
Yep, if we were set up and used to it, it would be far better, even air con to get a decent nights sleep would be good. How many weeks has it been since we've had a decent nights sleep.
We aren't used to it so are bodys hasn't gone through changes to make is cope better with heat etc.

If I get a house HVAC will be at the top of the mods list.

I've found myself looking at fans online; one just isn't enough. But I'm loathed to fork out for a couple more when they'll be away in loft before I know it and not see the light of day for another year, and then only for a short time. What to do!? What to do!?
 
Absolutely sweltering this evening in West Sussex, stupid neighbours have decided to have a garden party tonight too :mad: Inconsiderate sods.
 
Sick and tired of this damn heat that traps itself inside my flat and if I open a window in the evenings I have to put up with noisy ass **** bleepers talking or kicking a football about. Also heat attracts chavs, the hotter it is at night the louder and more drunk they get! It was so hot one day that the thermo reached max!

I know some people like it, but most of those are either living up north or can cool themselves in some way. There is no way that anyone would be able to enjoy what I have to put up with in this place, it's like a bloody sauna

Windows, Doors, Curtains shut during the day - I go out
Windows Open, Doors open, 3 fans on the go - I'm back and it's horrible
