It's too cold thread is that way ---------------------->Bit nippy here now.![]()
Simple minds. We definitely needed that, although cue the usual DM comments of ‘but we have a hosepipe ban and it’s raining’. A couple of hours rain does not replace several months of no rain, such idiots. The forecast going foreword looks very dry still.
Despite the lack of rain, my room got down to 24.1C by 3am, and only rose to 24.4C during the day, slept with no sweat for the first time in what seems like forever, my washing machine never been so busy constantly washing the towels.
25C seems to be my sweat threshold, I am only just below it, but 24C is about as reasonably low I can expect in my part of the country and facing west this time of the year.
The fact that nothing has been entered into this thread since yesterday afternoon can only be a good thing. It was noticeably cooler, even cold, on the way to work this morning. And the work site is a lot cooler now too. I don't even have the fan on.
BBC says a high of 25C for the next two weeks, which is totally fine by me.
It's nice and cool and sunny ,looks fun I am.going to have a long bodyboard session ,perfect ,raining last night
