Yesterday, I was doing a shop at another supermarket to my work. It was tipping it down. Customers were congregated in the foyer area, making it impossible for customers entering the store. I didn't see this myself, a manager asked them to leave as posed a fire risk. Customers weren't happy. A similar thing happened at my work around the same time (colleague texted me). I remember this happening in the autumn. About 40 customers were told to leave by a manager.
Some people need to grow up with their attitudes to rain. They whine and moan more than me. It's only water FGS. They act like rain is pure acid. At least 99% of them will go home to get dried off.
Me, I got out in the pouring rain. Rain doesn't bother me as been in all heavy rain in the world from the storms in Florida where its fine then five mins later rainfall so heavy that walking in3cm water. Then in Sicily, left the villa in Villa del Casale and suddenly hailstones about 3cm+ in diameter fell and we couldn't run as going uphill on cobbles.
