So glad the summer is nearly over. A high of 22C for the next fortnight is absolute bliss. I imagine most people feel the same. Autumn is just around the corner and I can't ****ing wait.

I hate winter with the suffocating dark nights and cold weather.

Least we have some slightly cooler nights, can't believe I've not had a duvet on since beginning of May, normally its 6 weeks I go other years, still in 20s during day though for next couple of weeks.

Our bedrooms are still a consistant 22C even though it's been 14C outside at night.

Had a humdinger of a storm last night - Let Ronnie the cat out and watched him walk up path to top of garden then it started to rain -Within minutes it was full on downpour with lightning - Ronnie didn't half leg it back to bedroom window and I let him in seeing all this on CCTV -he was soaked.

I’m sick to death of this warm humid weather. Being in the south east it’s still about 23c.

Cant wait for it to drop. Give me 8 months of roughly 15c day/8c night weather now.

Yeah I thought this in the beginning and it didn't feel right not having a duvet, but now think I'm so used to just had a thin sheet for so long think it'll take some adjusting to feel that much weight of a duvet again, I'm sure I will though once the actual cooler weather comes.

Sheet plus WEIGHTED blanket. That is the way to go. They're thin and not hot, but the weight is far more comfortable than just a sheet. I can't do that sheet ****. There has to be some weight for comfort.
