It's too hot :(

Back to swapping towels, night time temp is now over 25C, day time back to high 20s.

Storm I think was a warm front.

Summers seem to last until October now.
 
I just think we are now in a different climate zone, everything has shifted and we are now officially part of central Africa, kidding obviously but does feel we are in a different climate zone to last year, so much more humidity hanging around.

Very very heavy rain ,followed by sun in a loop for a while now ,garden and pond is loving it but it just seems one extreme to another, Saturday looks nice though
 
Just had massive spell of heavy rain probably heaviest rain for years I witnessed here, heavier than the recent storm.

Hoping its a cold front but temp only went down by 0.8C.
 
Little bit of a storm here tonight. First one that’s actually materialised after many promised ones over the last couple of months that didn’t happen.
 
I don't think I've known so many thunderstorms theres been at least one a day for the best part of a week now. Its even been raining for more than 5 minutes at a time its been raining on and off all day the novelty still hasn't worn off yet.
 
Yeah must admit its the first day not in the 20s for us for months, so nice and so much rain in the last 24 hours, lightening last night was insane, garden is drinking it all now and looking so much better for it. Weather forcasted though last night next sunday till sunday after 7 full days of rain, now just looked and down to only two of them lol, amazing how it can change these predictions.
 
Another downpour earlier, had about a year's worth of rain in 3 days, road got closed due to flood.

We getting the westerlies it seems, so rare for east of the country.
 
Tomorrow will be interesting,a nice partially sunny day but long period swell from hurricane Danielle, difference between a 6 sec period and 15 is vast typical summer wave wave is 100 kilo joules or below ,700kj tomorrow even if the heights seem insignificant ,today was messy but great fun

Ah well change of plan, going to help my neighbour point his and my ridge tiles while the weather is decent maybe get in the water later

Wow really, I'm still sleeping with just a thin sheet, another boiling hot night here and got to 24c with us yesterday, we've only had one day under 20c in 4 months last week, even that I think touched 20 in late afternoon. So still waiting for winter here.
