But they don't want that. They just want warm and dry in the summer, cold and wet in the winter, which you could argue is 'the norm'. They are suggesting those that want it cold and wet all the time are selfish, which I can understand.

It has been raining moderately/heavily since around midnight here. Some rivers near the coast have seen a huge level rise. Not as bad as what they're having in Nova Scotia though, 3 months rail in 24 hours.

Cloudy but nicely warm at 19C this morning, after a cool and very wet Saturday, that well and truly felt like autumn.
 
Sitting down and wishing for different weather, how the hell can this be selfish unless you strongly believe in the power of the mind, I know some don't get out much but please ...........
 
Lovely here this morning... Out in the garden for scrambled eggs on toast and a nice cold glass of orange juice for breakfast.

Rubbish, all I’m asking for is a bit of decent weather in the summer. I’m not asking for a year of sunshine and heat, but you lot are asking for a year of cold weather. I’m fully aware we have a winter and summer, and I like having it as it gives everyone some relief throughout the year, but it seems you are happy for us to have no relief whatsoever. I’m thinking of everyone, you’re just thinking of yourself.

It’s called compromise.

"relief" from perfectly fine, albeit colder than average, weather. :confused::cry:
 
been fine here temps wise 16-21c which for me is pretty much perfect neither cold or hot , can understand if the rain is excessive
