It's too hot :(

I wonder what response I would get in the 'its too cold' thread if I moaned about it being too cold in my house, but that I didn't want to waste money on heating?

I find it's easier to warm up than trying to cool down AC wasn't a thought years ago , I don't think I've ever complained about being too cold compared to being too hot lol

I think I've had about 4 different portable AC units over the last 15-20 years now. I don't see why I wouldn't. They aren't that expensive.

Never really been an issue but only in the past few years it's seems to have creeped up might look into one if see any offers :) for next year

Warm night tonight where i am, indoor temp says 24C, tomorrows forecast says mostly sunny and 25C. Too hot for me all round but can't complain about a bit of heat considering the weather we've had recently. Today was warmer than of late too, noticed loads of flying and non flying ants about, hope they don't make a home in my home like they did a couple of years ago.

Hopefully it won’t get any hotter than yesterday. I’m probably in a minority but it’s so much easier to function, particularly in the city, when we had weather like in July.

This is the crux of it I feel - hot weather can be lovely when you can relax and do very little. It's not fun when you're as busy as normal.

Sorry If it troubles you I'll try to moan less , it's 26c by the way and yes I find 20c hot we are all different

Do we have it's too cold thread ?

I wouldn't worry about it... IIRC, @robfosters has his home thermostat set to about 26oC all year round... It's probably kicked in the last few days (i, of course, stand to be corrected if I have the wrong guy)
