It's too hot :(

Can't do with this hot bedroom malarkey, 3 off in a Traveldodge at the moment and we set the Aircon to the lowest 18c ( one of those puny roof mounted things) last night that's about ok tbh or acceptable anyway

Nah I’m not ill. I think it’s down to sweating slightly due to heat, then the sweat goes cold which gives you the chill feeling

It's raining again, it's cold and we still have a hose pipe ban even though it's been raining for years and the reservoirs are way higher than this time last year.

**** off 2023.

Absolutely mad day. I was in Evesham with absolutely lovely weather till about 12 noon with the jumper off getting some tan on the arms. Get to Derby by half 1 go inside for work. Then when I come back out it is absolutely bucketing down. Back in Lincolnshire now with white clouds and sunshine sitting in the garden with a cup of tea!.

Not liking the look of the rest of August - looks like warm air moving in above us which will possibly create close and clammy conditions at ground level and as observed on weather forums has potential for thunderstorms. Some days in there looking dry and pleasantly warm though.

So thankful I avoided the aircon rush a month ago and chickened out on buying a D'Longhi unit for £499! I'll probably regret it later on lol, but my Meaco fan is performing well for when the weather is 'warm'.

My brother bought a portable aircon unit during those very hot days last year, it didn't arrive until after the very hot spells, hasn't used it once. He's always wasting money and up to now this is another waste although i suppose it's there if it ever gets to high 30s again.

73% humidity today at work lol. It was absolute hell as it was difficult to breathe let alone to anything useful.

Off home now where Tado says it’s 63% humidity because I left the window open :o
