It's too hot :(

Yeah agree, my mental health is defo worse when its hot cause I know that climate change is getting so serious now so when I see heatwaves all the time, fair enough this year they have been mainly abroad but still happening to the planet and the oceans temperature rising all the time I know its consequences for the future looks so grim, so don't see anything to be happy about to be honest. Fearing of what the future looks like is one of my biggest mental health concerns tough and hoping it won't be true and we'll wake up and sort it, who knows, doesn't look like many really think its a thing to be at all concerned.

You know Carbon dioxide is about 0.04% of the atmosphere.
That trees and plants would feast off more CO2. Think of the trees.
BBC change there weather temperature palettes to make sunny days dark red to give the impression of doom.
The reports of a whole island on fire the other week when I believe it was a small specific area most likely started by arsonists.

If you don't think we would adapt to the Earth heating up a bit you do need help.
Look how the sensationalist news channels have made you.
Here is some advice, stop watching the news.

Garbage.

Adapting costs money and the more damage caused means more money we need to spend 'adjusting', trillions we could have spent on something productive instead spent on keeping dumb voters happy that their house they bought on a flood plain isn't complete worthless ****.

Heavy rain here around 0600, but the storm has passed through quicker than forecast, as often seems to be the case.

Looks like there is quite a storm in the south east.

Been a weird day weather wise, actually felt almost cold but at the same time clammy and sticky and built up from bursts of misty rain through to solid downpour by 11pm though seems to have eased off a bit now.

28 is fab, I wouldn't be so happy with those temps later. Different when your on holiday though, in a country set up for it.
That's rather caught me out this week. I've just got to Santander and it was 27ish, 28ish yesterday. Wondering around in shorts and then cycling was fine, but we took a gamble on an AirBnB with no air con. I was sold on the whole 'they're better at dealing with heat' and even' Santander doesn't really get all that hot'. Last night was not good. I was at one point thinking about looking for a hotel with aircon. It does make me think, these moaners about heat, even if it was only 7 to 14 nights a year, why would you not spend £400 or so on a nice portable air con? It will last for years and just remove these problem nights for you. I get I'm lucky and can sleep with the low buzz noise (some people use white/grey noise apps to help them sleep) but even just running them for an hour or two before bed makes quite a difference.
