I have got used to trainer socks for most of the year now. When my ankles feel cold on the bike I will change to woolly knee length.

27 celcius here in Rishton lovely and warm. Great week to be off on Annual leave. Not great for Mum who’s gonna be in hospital for a week from Surgery tomorrow.

Meanwhile spain which had massive heatwaves is now having flash flooding in madrid toledo etc and people told to stay indoors, the jet stream must have flipped. Been a crazy summer for sure
