It's too hot :(

I'm supposed to have them during the winter months but I wonder as I'm of Latino origin, I might benefit from taking them all the time?

Another thing to add to my list when I see the doctor!

Poor things must dread me coming in! Lol

There's so much benefit to supplementing with vit D in less sunny countries (even in sunny countries to be fair), especially for women after a certain age (post menopausal). That said even for men it helps.

There has been a lot of research done on it that has been peer reviewed hundreds of times. That said the best way to get it is from your diet and sunlight exposure, but supplements are now very well absorbed by your body.

When I did my sports nutrition diploma I got access to examine.com so I have a lifetime subscription.

But you can do a free trial. A lot of the papers are really interesting. You can see info on a lot of supplements, and you realise how much crap there is in the gym and supplements industry!

A few Hampshire Wunderground weather stations reading 33/34C.

A bit of light cloud cover has come over in the last hour, breeze coming through lounge window doesn't seem as strong as yesterday.
