Lucky.Where I am, the 30 degree temps are lasting all weekend
I think here it might start waning on Sunday or Monday.
If it gets overcast and hot though, that's not as nice, as humidity often ramps up

I'm supposed to have them during the winter months but I wonder as I'm of Latino origin, I might benefit from taking them all the time?
Another thing to add to my list when I see the doctor!
Poor things must dread me coming in! Lol
There's so much benefit to supplementing with vit D in less sunny countries (even in sunny countries to be fair), especially for women after a certain age (post menopausal). That said even for men it helps.
There has been a lot of research done on it that has been peer reviewed hundreds of times. That said the best way to get it is from your diet and sunlight exposure, but supplements are now very well absorbed by your body.
Interesting. Might look into this for winter
I'm good for vit d in summer!

The ideal is vitamin D3, I take it a lot as otherwise I'm always borderline deficient, fortunately it's widely available and cheap. Shouldn't need it this week thoughAwesome! I'll definitely get some!

Is anyone else totally fed up with Summer weather yet? Bring on the Autumn and some cooler temperatures! I hate the heat!
I wish it could last until Christmas.. Christmas 2100!
Screw that! Maybe you should buy a camper van and emigrate to Death Valley. India and Australia stay fairly toasty year-round too.
